We want you to be completely satisfied with your air-purifying plants. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Please note that plants are living organisms and may show natural variations. Minor differences in appearance do not constitute a defect.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return address

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items that have been used or damaged due to improper care
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
